Welcome to the Lavica apartments, situated near Split in Podstrana, Croatia, at the cost of the Adriatic sea, (parallel to Italy), in the south of Europe. Only 5 minutes by car and you will be in Split, with international sea-port and railway station. Split international airport is only 20 minutes away and we will make transfer for you!
Coast with numerous islands and islets which like a pearl necklace decorates the scenery will make you feel like in the Mediterranean, by being in Europe, just 1-2 hours from Frankfurt, London, Moscow or Madrid.
Split is ancient historical town in Croatia. Many travelers say that its old town reminds them on Dubrovnik. As a treasury of the huge archeological, artistic and monumental value of classical, medieval and renaissance periods, Split has constantly been the source of Croatian historical and scientific heritage. This gives you opportunity to enrich yourself on the vacation!!
Attached to the Lavica apartments is Hotel Le Meridien Lav*****, part of a Starwood group. You can use its facilities, with supplementary payment for some of them, i.e. wellness or the pool.
FACILITIES & EXCURSIONS
Beach is right in front of the apartments. It is gravel and long with concrete terraces. In the immediate vicinity there are secluded small stone bays where everybody can find peace and isolation. Le Meridien beach is attached to the Lavica beach, together with beach/snack bar and other facilities, such as windsurfing, pedal boats, sailing boats, motor boats, tennis courts etc.

PRICE & PAYMENT
Accommodation price includes: linen and towels, kitchen utensils, cleaning set, water heater, toaster, electricity and water consumption, SAT TV, general cleaning at check in (according to the direction from Croatian health ministry related to the Covid – 19 – WE CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH), changing of the towels and dish clothes once per week, toilette paper, detergent and soap at arrival.
TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. It will be charged at upon arrival and it is 15kn per adult person per day, children 12-18 pays 7,5kn, and kids up to age 12 does not pay tourist tax.

30% advance payment on line via credit card. Balance to be paid during check in at Lavica reception.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Up to 60 days prior to arrival – 95% refund
30 – 59 days prior to arrival – 50% refund
